Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years or older.

How entries work

Eligible purchases earn 100 base entries per $1 spent (excluding taxes and shipping). During a published promotion, those entries are multiplied by the multiplier in effect at the time your order is placed — currently up to 20X. Entry totals shown on product pages and in your bag reflect the multiplier in effect at that moment. Entries are credited after your order is confirmed and are final once the draw closes.

Alternative method of entry

To enter free of charge, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, date of birth and telephone number on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a hand-addressed #10 envelope with sufficient postage to:

Limit one entry per outer envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 30, 2026 and received within seven days of that date. Each valid mail-in entry receives entries equal to the average entries awarded per purchase entrant, and has an equal chance of winning as any purchase-based entry.

The drawing

At the close of the promotion period, all eligible entries are compiled and the winner is selected at random by an independent sweepstakes administrator. The drawing is conducted in accordance with these Official Rules.

The potential winner is contacted using the email address associated with their entries, must verify their eligibility, and must complete any affidavit or release required by law before the prize is awarded.

Winner safety

A legitimate winner is never asked to pay a fee, tax deposit, insurance charge or shipping cost in order to claim a prize. We will never request payment, gift cards, wire transfers or cryptocurrency.

We contact winners only from an @carandcountryclub.com address and announce them publicly on the Winners page. If someone contacts you claiming otherwise, it is not us — report it and do not send money or personal financial information.

Sweepstakes disclosures

Prize: 2021 Porsche 911 Carrera + $25,000 cash. Approximate retail value $132,000.
Alternative cash option: $95,000 in place of the vehicle, at the verified winner's election.
Promotion period: June 1, 2026 through September 30, 2026.
Drawing: conducted by an independent sweepstakes administrator from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner notification: by email and telephone within seven business days of the drawing. Winners must complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release where lawful. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

FAQ

Where do I see my entries?: Under My Entries, along with the purchases that earned them.
Do entries roll over to the next draw?: No. Entries apply to the draw open at the time of purchase unless stated otherwise.
Can I enter from outside the United States?: Merchandise ships domestically and entry is limited to eligible U.S. residents.

Shipping & returns

Orders ship within two business days. Unworn merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Digital goods are delivered by email immediately after checkout and are non-refundable. Returning a purchase voids the entries it earned.

Privacy

We collect the information needed to fulfil your order, administer the draw and, if you opt in, send club mail. Payment and order data are processed by Shopify. Entry records are shared with the sweepstakes administrator of record. We do not sell personal information.

Terms

By using this site or entering a draw you agree to these terms and the Official Rules. Car & Country Club may correct pricing or entry errors, cancel fraudulent orders and disqualify entries obtained through automated means or in violation of the Official Rules.
